(aka Lea Miklody) is a force to be reckoned with as she plucks and strums her cello. Building wild and hypnotic tapestries with her instrument, voice and a loop station, she ensures that you stay connected, indeed riveted, to the stories she is telling. These are stories of mystic journeys of heroic proportions, but also small intimate moments of seemingly little direct significance that soon prove so very much more, delivered in a near improvised manner. Inspired by our natural world, and all forms of life giving water in particular, Lea sets her tracks in an experimental ambient habitat upon which she paints upon this ode. What appears is a wild tableau that moves from a pensive stillness to near symphonic passion with gentle strokes of a mystical brush. We love it!
