This lovely artistic project of Enda Gallery’s is one for sure to sooth the soul, even while questioning our thinking and our intentions. Having been on a journey of self-discovery, trying on a row of different hats, and producing and supporting other artists on their journeys, Enda is now finding his own artistic voice in what seems a very organic manner. After 6+ years in Berlin he has released his first delush album, which has been widely reviewed and lauded for its style, substance and grace.
In each of the videos below Enda is joined by a rising star from the Irish music scene, that is, the R&B singer Tolü Makay, and the Limerick rapper Strange Boy, and these collaborations are so finely woven that they highlight the evident perfect fit of the pairings. And, although for the rest of the album Enda flies solo through Pop, (Neo)Soul and R&B territories, it is with equal ease, attention and self-reflection.
The delush mantra is: “In the future, we won’t fear our own power and uniqueness. We will all feel free to express ourselves without fear.” And the journey to that haven has already lushly begun here.
